Bartender

Shannon O’Shea moved from James Island of Charleston, South Carolina to Long Island to learn the wine making process as a cellar assistant at Raphael Vineyard. During his four years among the fields, tasting room and store shelves, he began bartending weddings on the weekends from his custom build bars for hundreds of guests. His experience and calm confidence enabled him to seamlessly transition to his position at Frisky. Shannon’s extensive knowledge and creativity paired with his ease in interacting with guests make him an ideal bartender. He explains that every night he continues to be amazed by the various different perspectives and ideas that are exchanged at our bar over drinks and dinner. He also expresses his satisfaction in the opportunity to pool accumulated knowledge with his coworkers to surpass the expectations we strive to meet on a nightly basis. In Shannon’s free time, his photography company www.osaerial.com is providing innovate ways for people to buy and sell real estate. Shannon is also looking forward to marrying his fiancé Julie in the upcoming year!
